Bear with me

Bear with me while I reminisce...

This video was shot June 3 2009, Morgan was 17 months. As she comes in through the first doorway she is signing DOG.  Looking back at these I see just how patient Puck was with her.

Refridgerator Art

Starting at the top the head is the round magent with all the little ones around it, the neck is the picture of her and the arms are the perple and yellow rectangle magnets. The body is my school calendar and the legs are the q and p. She did it 100% by herself!

Home Grown Tomatoes

I should have named the post Baby It's Cold Outside because we are supposed to have a deep FREEZE tonight! it's supposed to be 27 degrees tomorrow morning - bye-bye tomatoes! Even sheets won't help now. So I harvested the few red, pink/green and the largest of the green. They say tomatoes will rippen in a brown paper bag...we'll see...

Mom - video to go with your favorite picture

This is the video that I took of Morgan reading Eric Carl. You can hear her working on words like Butterfly(buh-fii), Apple (Ap-po), Blueberry(boo-bee) and Candy (she says it can-knee, but signs it as well, although she doesn't quite sign it correctly)

9/27/2009 - She's 20 months

Baby Mine

It's short glimpses like this that remind me what she looked like as a baby. These times are becoming fewer and farther between.

Sunday September 4, 2011 - Morgan is 3 years 8 months

October 4, 2008 - Morgan is 9 months

Suprise for me

Jim wanted to suprise me today with a house project.

I think it was really more for him since he was the once sick of the chaos under the sink.

Stick People

I showed Morgan how to draw stick-people today. Here's her first effort. Then she wanted me to draw the dog with a leash, then we worked together (hand over hand)on the house and then she wanted a rabbit and a front porch for the rabbit to love under - that's pushing my talents.
